Please note: We advise all customers in email correspondence to read the below terms and conditions prior to placing and order with the Print Parlor LLC. Once an order is placed, you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

The Print Parlor LLC reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

All orders that you place with The Print Parlor LLC will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. We uphold the right to cancel an order at any stage.

Should your decide to cancel an order once design work has been undertaken and digital proofs exchanged, a part refund (to cover design work and time spent) will be issued at our own discretion but will always be fair.

Digital Proofs are sent via email or through our online approval system using the wording and layout agreed in your order – please note that you are responsible for checking layout, wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved/signed off with typos/errors and subsequently printed, The Print Parlor LLC takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, they will be charged for in full.

Note that color on screen can differ from printed color and although colors are standardized you should try to see hard samples using the exact color you require before signing the stationery off for print.

Design and proofing is timely and as such is factored into our pricing, we provide 2 free proof revisions (if required), before a charge of $15 per proof is incurred.

The Print Parlor LLC will always print as per the proof that is approved, unless The Print Parlor LLC deviates from the approved proof, a refund or reprint will not be offered.

Samples are sent as a means for the customer to see the quality of the products we offer only. Due to all the variables in design and print, we cannot guarantee that your order will replicate a sample previously received, unless it is a hard copy of your order, sent prior to full order printing. We are also dependent on suppliers whose product lines can vary. 100% recycled materials will always have some degree of variation in production runs.

Once we have received your order information and payment in full, we aim to get digital proofs to you within three working days. Once approved, your finished stationery will be sent out for delivery within 7 working days. Every effort is made to get orders processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.

International Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Customs Fees / Import Duties are not a part of our shipping fees. Please note, any international delivery may exceed expected delivery time.

The Print Parlor LLC has tried to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate; however it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the site through technical or other reasons.

We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the material on the site.
